FEATURES
MORE THAN AN EXPORT DOCUMENT SYSTEM
EXPORT DOCUMENTS ONLINE
Effortless completion and output to pdf in draft or original format. Just Trade features the following document outputs.

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

Organise orders by status and assignee. Create statuses to track progress and report on activity. Just Trade allows you to assign each transaction to a user to assist with coordinating workload.
The dashboard performance report provides a bird’s-eye view of shipping activity. The powerful search tool filters transactions for reporting and archiving to help you maintain the focus of current work schedules.
One of the most important tasks for any exporter is to remember to store documents for proof of export. Just Trade supports this activity with the ability to store documents, set a status and by creating shipping reports. You can easily generate reports in case of a customs visit or evaluate freight costs by volume.
ERP CONNECTIVITY
Extend the capability of your ERP, sales system or finance system. Customising business systems to fit international trade reporting requirements is costly and takes time to perfect. Resulting in manual processes which are inefficient and error prone.

Our open API technology enables two-way integration with your ERP system. We have extensive experience of working with SAP and Sage users.
CSV import / export also available. Import invoice items, packing items and link to templates (Exporter, Consignee, Product & Package).
COMMERCIAL INVOICE
The commercial invoice differs from a standard financial invoice because it includes additional information to assist calculation of duties and taxes. This information includes Incoterm®, commodity codes, country of origin, a preferential origin declaration, customs authorisation numbers (for example, EORI), customs procedure codes and weights and measures. Most financial systems do not support this requirement, even for one country. Just Trade makes completing this information effortless through the provision of templates for storing information unavailable within sales order systems.

When calculating weights and measures manually, errors occur. Mistakes happen when busy export administrators prepare documents for shipment. Just Trade helps by keeping a track of what has been allocated to the packing list. Quantity and item weight is combined with package weight and measures, resulting in package net and gross weight and volume totals.
Part shipments occur when there is a stock shortfall. However, the commercial invoice must match the shipped consignment. Even if only part of the order is available, Just Trade enables you to adjust the amounts available to ship whilst tracking quantities unsent.
Consolidated shipments are shipments that combine multiple orders into one shipment. Grouping orders together on a single shipment helps to save on shipping and customs declaration charges. Just Trade allows you to import line items from other orders onto a single consolidated commercial invoice.
PACKING LIST
Invoice and packing lines can be viewed from the same form, negating the need to open different edit tabs. Multi-layered packing presentation allows for the structured presentation of goods by container, pallet, outer and inner package item. Net, gross and cube calculations update every time you allocate goods items from the invoice or add a package.

Packing information such as dimensions, volume and package weight can be stored within packing templates. Each product can be assigned to a standard package, and maximum quantity levels are set to calculate the number of packages each time.
The packing allocation tool keeps track of what has been allocated to avoid missed allocation of goods items.
Packing lists can run into several pages and hundreds of items. To help expedite this process, you can manage the allocation of items within a spreadsheet and import via the CSV import tool after the final container-pallet allocations are completed.
DANGEROUS GOODS NOTE (DGN)
Auto-complete the DGN from the invoice and packing list by assigning hazard information to the product template and transferring packing details from the packing list.
Just Trade assists with formatting hazard descriptions according to IATA, ADR and IMDG rules.
