Transaction Templates

We have some exciting news for Just Trade - Export Document System (EDS) Users! We've just added Transaction Templates to your account. This will help you simplify the process of creating new transactions within Just Trade and avoid potential errors from duplicating a past transaction.

How can I use this feature?

Create a Transaction Template:

Firstly, you must create a template from which to select. Click on Templates in the left menu and select "Transaction".

Complete the details you want to recreate and save with an appropriate template name.

It is possible to save parties, shipping instructions, declarations, types of exports, invoice items, and packing items.

View the list of transaction templates.

Apply a Transaction Template to an Active Transaction:

Create a new transaction with the Add record button, select "More Actions" and “Import from template”.

Select your required transaction at the bottom of the list and click “IMPORT” to apply to the active transaction. The details stored in the Template will appear in the live Transaction.
